Resending a pending users invitation

Administrators who need to resend a pending internal user invitation.
Administrator permissions are required.
This article explains how to resend a pending internal user invitation when the original invitation has expired.
1. Navigate to the users section
- Navigate to the users section by selecting Settings and then Users.
Note: You will only see the Settings button if you have the correct role access. Contact your site administrator if you do not have access to complete this task.
2. Locate the pending user invitation

Locate the pending internal user invitation in the Invitations tab.
- The Invitations tab contains both internal user invitations and supplier portal user invitations.
- You can use the search field or navigation arrows to move through the list.
- Once you have located the correct invitation, select the user invitation name. The name appears in blue text to indicate it is a link.
3. Resend the user invitation

Select the Resend invitation button at the bottom of the user invitation page.
- A new email invitation will be sent automatically to the internal user.
- The new invitation will expire after seven days.
Note: You will not receive a confirmation pop-up when resending the invitation. After selecting Resend invitation, the screen reloads and returns you to the invitation list.
