Managing Supplier Portal invitations in the Users Invitation Report

Users who need to manage Supplier Portal invitations in Users Invitation Report.
Manager Role
The User Invitations Report in the Supply Chain Management module allows you to filter through all the User Invitations sent and view whether they are still Pending, Accepted or Expired.
1. Accessing the User Invitations Report
Using the filters at the top of the Report, you can filter to just see the Supplier Portal User Invitations. From here you can quickly access the Expired Invitations and Resend or Remove the Invitation.
2. Filtering for expired Supplier Portal invitations
- Within the User Invitation Report filters can be used to filter for specific information, including:
- Solution: Select Supplier Portal
- View: Select Expired
Apply the Supplier Portal and Expired filters to the report.
Locate the expired invitation Link in the results.
Right-click the link using your mouse.
Select the option to open the link in a new browser tab.
Switch between the Invitation tab and the Report tab as needed, keeping your filters intact.
Be aware that left-clicking the link will open the invitation in the same tab, which will remove the filters from the report.
3. Removing a Supplier Portal User Invitation
Click the Remove Invitation button at the bottom of the page.
When the confirmation pop-up appears, click Yes.
The Supplier Portal User Invitation is removed.
4. Resending a Supplier Portal User Invitation
Click the Resend Invitation button at the bottom of the page.
A new email invitation is automatically sent to the Supplier Portal user.
The new invitation will expire after 7 days.
Note: You will only receive a confirmation pop up when removing the Invitation. When the Resend button is clicked, the screen simply loads and brings you back out to the Invitation list.
