Who is this article for?

Suppliers who need to accept an additional invitation.

Supplier Portal access to at least one site is required.

If multiple customers use Ideagen Safe Food to manage suppliers, you might be asked to join another Supplier Portal.

If you've already accepted an Ideagen Safe Food invitation, you'll need to accept the new one too. This process differs slightly from the first-time acceptance.

This article explains the process.

1. Accepting an invitation

To accept an invitation:

1. Open the email with the link to accept your invitation as usual.
   The email will be sent from the support@safefood360.com address.
2. Click Accept Invitation.
   You will be directed to review your invitation on Ideagen Safe Food.

3. Review the details provided.
   These will be populated using the information provided during your first invitation.
4. Click Accept invitation.

You're now ready to use the additional Supplier Portal!
